Temporary shipping restriction: We are currently unable to ship physical products to Northern Ireland or countries in the European Union. Digital products remain available. Physical shipping to these destinations will resume once suitable compliance arrangements are in place.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

We offer flat-rate shipping of £3.99 for all domestic orders within Great Britain.

International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note- If ordering sprayed edges, the shipping estimate is likely to be approximately 6-8 weeks due to the time the printing takes.
Shipping Providers:
We primarily use DPD for UK orders and UPS for international orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Order Tracking:
Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@ekhunter.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
